My time at the Hilands was very plesant. The management was beyond belief. always willing to help. I would recomend the property to all.

The above comment is OBVIOUSLY from The Manager! Leasing is very BAD right now in TUCSON & this is a very large complex. Walk this property at NIGHT before you lease here! Auto Theft has always been a SERIOUS PROBLEM at this property as well as people breaking into cars...part of the REASON is POOR LIGHTING!!! I moved out, because this property seemed VERY UNSAFE to me! 55% RATING? I don't think so!!! There are TOO MANY other really nice up-scale apartments here in Tucson to live in...don't let that RATING FOOL YOU!
