Bad Place - High Crime Area

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Could not wait to leave - A lot of nice tenants, but too may creeps that management did not deal with for months. Don't try to get a decent night's sleep here.

Old appliances frequenly break down and manager takes their time fixing them.
