Great and quiet place to live

I moved from a really bad apartment complex into this place around 4 months ago. I was very careful in chosing this place and I chose it after spending no less than 3 months in looking around for the best apartment. This place has met all my important criteria:
(1) Excellent location with many attractions near by like Fry's store, Target, Best Buy, Walsmart, and the Tucson Mall.
(2) Known to be a quiet peaceful neighbourhood
(3) Spacious apartments with dish washers and washers and dryers inside each unit (saves the time of collecting quarters).
After moving in, I realized that this is one of the few complexes that actually attend to you in terms of maintenance. Very resposive and reliable management.
Now we come to the small cons:
(1) the air conditioning is louder than average. need to raise TV volume or temproralriy turn off the AC.
(2) relatively pricy with one bedroom one bath going around $580.
(3) not furnished, so more furniture expenses
(4) refused to let me put satelite (no drilling).
But over all these minor set backs don't compare to the comfort im having in this place. If you are looking for a quiet comfortable place to live in and you are not an everyday party person, you will enjoy this community. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
