The staff was pretty nice, maintenance was good, but the neighborhood was unsafe- there were loud arguments every other night outside my apartment, my car got broken into once, there were hoodlums walking around every night in the parking lot. They had a security guard patroling the parking lot the night my car was broken into, and I found out later that he was actually jumped that night. And parking sucked. If you came home later than 8 PM, you had to pretty much park your car in the Tucson Mall parking lot since the entire Kachina Springs lot was always packed.
