We've lived here for almost one year and we've had nothing but noise complaints. When we first moved in there weren't any problems, but then new neighbors moved in next to us and their music or television was extremely loud constantly. We actually ended up moving from the unit to another one within the same complex and we've AGAIN run into the same problem. There's a incredible amount of noise above us and surrounding us. The walls are so thin I can usually hear my neighbor's shutting their cabinet doors, I can hear their TV's and there is always noise when someone walks around above us. The management is willing to work with you but only up to a point. Also, the surrounding apartments and area are not the safest and there have been a number of break-ins to people's cars. I agree with this review. We made several complaints to the office about one of our neighbors, but they didn't do anyhting about it. I felt threatened by this neighbor, and was nervous everytime I saw them. Finally, after about 8 months, the rude tenant either moved or was kicked out. On the upside, the apartments are really low cost, I mean housing doesn't come much chepaer. You get what you pay for! ;)
