This place is modern, clean and I wish I had moved here years ago. The one bedrooms are spacious. The two bedrooms have quirky bathrooms and a smaller bedroom(10x10). All appliances are new. The washer and dryer are full size. They charge for water usage, which is metered individually. Move in access to the second floor apartments is easy up the wide stairs. Porch storage closet is large. Kitchen cabinets w/ drawers are ample. There are no additional internal storage closets.
The management is really helpful. The FHA loan on my home/condo purchase fell through and I had to leave my former residence. Their paperwork turnaround was quick. There is a nightly security guard patrol who ride around on bikes. Management will reimburse you if you purchase "The Club". The pool is heated in the winter. Weight room has new Universal equipment and a TV. The clubhouse has a nice room which can be rented for functions. It has been quite on my side of the building. There is some bathroom noise audible from other apartments.
