Charged $450.00 security deposits to move in with a pet, plus $15.00 a month pet rent, cars get stolen from the complex, cars get broken into, a couple times a car was left on blocks, complex floods during rains, everytime someone moves out they change the carpet and then send the cleaning people in everytime they show an apartment, then send you a bill for the carpet and the cleanings, that is twice your security deposit, one month later they send the bill to collections to insure they screw up your credit. I have lived in alot of apartments with a pet, these have to be the worst on management, the managers rip you off so they can afford their car payments for the new cars they drive.
