I moved into Kimberly Woods a few months ago and I LOVE IT!!! I have lived in apts. all of my life and this is by far the best place ever. The office staff is great and the maintenance staff is quick to my needs. I plan to stay here as long as I live in an apt. If you want a great place to call home then I would recommend that you move here.

This has to have been written by the Kimberly Woods staff. Come clean and fess up. How much did they pay you to write this review? I live here and I know the reality of the hellhole that is Kimberly Woods. If this was written by a real tenant, you must be comparing Kimberly Woods to a concentration camp or maybe a Turkish prison.
Although I think the maintenance is better at the Turkish prison. And the staff is friendlier.

Hey notformee and romeo777 maybe you should learn how to spell before you write a comment. This place is great for Tucson if you don't like it here get an education and a better job and buy a house!! You guys are unbelievable, I have lived here for 2 years and the staff is always nice to me and my boyfriend and the maintenance is great and friendly ...maybe you don't like it here because you don't like yourself.

With all the bad reveiws over a span of 4 years, I can honestly say this place MUST be a dump. It does look nice on the inside, but as one review says, "they just cover it up like a bullet wound with a baind-aid." Seriously, the good reveiws HAVE to be someone working there.
