Sad really , I have lived here for many years and the place is in a steep decline.
Used to be the office staff cared and actually worked for the residents, not anymore. Because so many quality people have abandonded this place the office staff will rent to any thing now and more and more tenants are bailing every day. its gonna either be a ghost town or the third world in a very short time
