This place wasnt the worst place Ive ever lived but it sure wasnt the greatest. Maintenance was pretty decent, but the majority of the tenants were a bit on the ghetto side. The laundry facilities are few and far between. My car got broken into while I lived there. And lastly when moving out they screwed me over pretty good. Not with cleaning or security deposits but with the lease break price. I had to break my lease due to some unforseen circumstances and let them know some 30 days in advance. Ten days prior to my move out I stopped by the office for a question and they told me since they didnt have my intent to break the lease in writing that I would have to submit it in writing and then the 30 days would start. They of course didnt have the courtesy to tell me this originally and then I had to pay for an apt for 20 days when I didnt even stay there. If you arent on a strict, strict budget, you can do better.
