I have lived here with my wife and daughter for two years. When we got here we enjoyed it, the management and office staff were very helpful, especially since we moved it from out-of-state and got here a day early. Very accommodating. Over time the office staff has grown more sullen, the neighbors more questionable -- and I think they've given up on the dog size limit here, there are some HUGE, LOUD dogs here. Parking was decent, then they tried enforcing a rule that if your car wasn't moved in 2 weeks it would be towed. It was shortly after that that the big orange ugly beat up pickup truck showed up to take its permanent residence in one of the few non-assigned spaces on this side of the building. It's been here for over 14 months now. Kids in and out of the fitness center at all times despite the no-under-18 rule. Maintenance went from not needed to not existant to very, very helpful. I will give points for that. And the grass is green, mostly, too. The worst experience was with a friend of mine who had to move out because they reported a roof leak, management didn't do anything about it, and the next big storm their apartment flooded from the 3 holes in the ceiling. My wife no longer feels safe here, and we are happy to leave as this place just gets more and more ghetto by the tenant. That is happening faster than usual, since there have been 5 residents in the apartment across from us in the 2 years we have been here.
