I moved here about 7 months ago and had some issues. But since then, things have been getting much better. The new maintenance guy is awesome, the crime level on the "B" side has calmed down alot, and the place looks 100% better. No place is perfect and the only way things can get better is if enough people go to the office and let them know.

I guess really the night security needs to step it up. The seven months I have been here I have never seen any security people and there are a few cars that have been in the same spot for a few months, but either way, like I said, there have been fewer break ins then when i was first here when 2 cars on each side of mine were broken into. Creeped me out.

You get what you make of it. If you have issues and they are not being resolved and you have proof that you went to the office, call the BBB.

And if you are looking into getting an apartment, I wouldnt recommend taking any of these to heart. You need to go to BBB and find out there. Most of the complaints on here are of people who have nothing better to do. Besides, if you didnt have a problem with something would you go out of your way to rate it'

THE BBB DOES ABOUT AS MUCH AS THE OWNER. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! IF THEY ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THE BBB IT DOESN'T DO YOU ANY GOOD TO COMPLAIN TO THEM. MUCH MORE PEOPLE READ REAL REVIEWS THAN THE BBB WEBSITE.
