I have been living here for over three years. These apartments are falling apart. Cars are broken in to all the time. I have seen people selling drugs in the walk ways beteen apartment buildings. Managment is very poor. Don't move here unless you have too. I'm leaving as soon as this lease is up.

WOW, I have living here since 2004 and have never experienced a problem like that. I love living at Kimberly Woods and it has only gotten better with time!

IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX AS TO WHAT YOU SEE. IF YOUR APT IS NOT IN THE COURTYARD, WHICH MANY OF THEM ARE NOT AND ARE VERY SECLUDED, YOU ARE MUCH BETTER OFF. YOU WON'T EVEN KNOW MOST THE THINGS THAT GO ON HERE.
