OMG WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!! When I first moved in the office staff was GREAT and so was maintance, so willing to work with you....well that changed shortly after moving in!!! I started noticing the amount of drugs being sold through out the complex, OPENLY!! They supposedly do a background check on you, you even pay for the background check to be done as part of the application fee, well that could of fooled me that they do a background check. And I say this because there was a sex offender who moved into the complex just a few buildings down from me and they did not let anyone know and BY LAW they have to inform residents -- I called the police dept to confirm that they are supposed to do this!! The way I found out was my downstairs neighbors got a letter from thier kids' school informing them that the offender moved into the area!!! WTF!!! OOOO and not to mention the amount and frquency of cars getting broken into. Its pretty sad that when the "courtesy patrol" officer sees something going on he ran the other way!!! My 4 year old daughter got bitten by another person's dog there, I called the humaine society and the police dept, I also went STRAIGHT to the apt manager because this was NOT the first instance with this particular dog. The humaine society and police dept ticketed the person and apt manager said that they gave them a 24 hour notice to get the dog out of there, do you really think that happened''' UM NO not even after the dog went after another kid!!! I know its the responsibility of the pet owner to take care of the agressive dog but darnit when neighborhood kids are being attacked the apt office needs to do something about the resident who refuses to take care of the issue!!!! My neighbors were absolutley wonderful - my daughter and I did make some life long friends while being there - my neighbors looked out for me and my kids as I did their families. But all in all DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Besides the rent is soooo high I could of rented a house for the price of my apt (I came to that realization AFTER I signed the lease) ONE LAST NOTE, IF YOU DO DECIDE TO MOVE HERE, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER LET MAINTANCE IN YOUR APT WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME...things come up missing!!!!

I hear they do a great job at this. They are extremely polite, do not run so called "background checks," and perhaps they fulfill your first maintenance issue/request. Once they have you sign the lease, it's all down hill from there! I thought about moving there, but with all the negative reviews, I decided not to. I even watched in my car (while parked in Walgreens' parking lot) and witnessed the "activity" that goes on at night. I wouldn't doubt it happens during the day as well. Maybe one day something will be done about this mess. One day...
