THIS PLACE IS GREAT, I LOVE THE APARTMENT SIZE AND THE FACT THAT MY KITCHEN IS BIG ENOUGH TO FIT 3 PEOPLE IN IT COMFORTABLY AND STILL BE ABLE TO COOK!! I LOOKED AT THE OTHER REVIEWS AND I WAS SADDENED AND DISCOURAGED BUT AFTER MEETING THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE AND LOOKING AT MY BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT I CAN SEE THAT I MADE THE BEST DECISION. I THINK IT DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ARE AND WHERE YOU CARE COMING FROM BUT I HAVENT WITNESSED ANY SO CALLED "PROBLEMS" THAT THESE OTHER RESIDENTS HAVE ENCOUNTERED. KIMBERLY WOODS IS THE BEST DECISION FOR ME AND YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.

Wow, I'm sure you have not seen much while living there due to the fact that you have not been there long. People only state the facts about those apartments. People can either turn a blind eye to the obvious, or they be mindful of their surroundings. It's not that these issues don't happen, it's that people see them and understand the issues they cause and choose to speak out about them. I ecourage anyone looking in to Kimberly Woods to contanct TPD and see how many times they have had to visit this location. Also, the arizona state's attorney general has had people down here before questioning residents about how the managment handles things like dissability and rental payments from organizations. Be blind or be safe, the choice is yours.

When I saw this review, my mouth dropped open! I don't let my kids play outside at these apartments because I'm afraid for them. I see drug deals on a weekly basis. Ya, the size of the apt is great, but at what cost? After you live here a while, you'll see what everyone else sees. I give people warnings about this place, definatley nothing good.
