I have been living here for almost 4 months now, i have a seven month lease and the day that lease is up im out of here. Heres a short list of my problems and issues with this worthless place. lets start with maintenance, sure they were good the first time they came out to fix all the problems that should of been taken care of before i moved in. But now i have been waiting for over a month for the head of maintenance to come out and fix all the other problems im having now, and trust that you will have a huge amount of problems. I get sprayed every week for BUGS (THATS RIGHT BUGS). People that live here smoke their pot and who knows what else in front of everybody. Now i love kids, but when you have these 8 year olds running around yelling and cursing all day every day it get old. These apartments are nothing but a joke. A waste of time and money. The office staff is so nice and sweet until you make the BIGGEST mistake of signing that lease. But if you do get suckered in to this place i strongly suggest you sign up for the lest amount of time. And when you come to look at this location they will take you to a beautiful model. But trust that the apartment you are going to get will look nothing like that. Oh yeah, and the pool dont take your small children there after 6:00 pm, because you can bet that there will either be some young adults having sex in the hot tub or smoking pot. Trust the bad reviews on this place, because the good ones are most likely written by the office staff. Now we should have know better because they close at 5:30 and we showed up at 4:55 to look at the outside of the apartment we would be renting and the lady in there got so pissed off and gave us such attitude because she wanted to leave early, that should have been a sign!
