I lived at Kimberly Woods for 3 years. Yes, some of these reviews are true, but what needs to be understood is that it is an apartment complex and there will be issues. I myself never had a problem. I heard about the cars and about the drugs, but I never saw the drug deals and my car was just fine.
The reason I choose Kimberly Woods was because the price was really good for the size, and I liked the lay out of the apartment.
Since I moved in the apartments there have been some changes, (some good and some not so good) but everytime I've gone into the office to talk to the staff about things, I have always been greeted with a smile and the girls have done their best to fix the issue.
Kimberly Woods was very to me during while I lived there and would move back if I could.
