I've lived at Kimberly Woods for quite a while. At first it's a great place, friendly environment and overall I felt safe. Management was quick and prompt to dealing with problems and the unwanted were evicted quick! However that has sadly gone down hill and now every crack head and tweeker in Tucson live here or deal here.
I am out of here when the lease is up and would not recommend this place to anyone at all. The pool is filthy, unsupervised children all over the place. Crack pipes, beer bottles and trash everywhere. You get the 420 Drive-by drug deals every stinking day and the office does absolutely nothing about it. I've gotten to be almost on a first name basis with TPD.....what does that tell you?
The only saving grace about Kimberly Woods is that it has a large floorplan and a gas stove. Other than that......don't rent here at all.
