I love the location of this apartment complex. There is a Walgreens within walking distance and the Broadway/Kolb intersection is only about a 10 minute walk. The complex is really close to St Joseph's Hospital, many medical offices, dentists, Park Place and many other shopping centers. The apartments are spacious with a good sized back patio. I love the gas stove. Their is ample counter space in the kitchen. The pools are really enjoyable in the summer and there is a small pool just right for toddlers. I feel it is a very family-friendly environment with some really good schools public and charter nearby. The grounds are so lush that it is unusual to see desert wildlife pay a visit. I've seen Javalinas, migrating ducks and hawks on the presmises, But mostly I've seen plenty of hummingbirds, finches, ground doves and butterflies on the premises. The one downside is the parking. Unfortunately there are a lot of inconsiderate people who park in other people's parking spaces and who park along the curbs making it difficult for others to get in and out of their parking spaces.

this has to be a employee because the place suck's!! but go for it if you like druggies smoking weed on there patios and the pool is horrible. never get in the spa because i saw people acutely having sex in there. just grouse.

I have to agree. The drug is so common people don't even try to hide it. The "courtesy patrol" NEVER respond. The pool by the office is usually kept clean for obvious reasons but the other one is almost always dirty. Kids have no play area. There is trash, papers, bottles all over the place. The grounds on the Jessica side are very dark at night. I have seen people "going at it" in the jacuzzi too. The maintenance guys are really nice and helpful and always fix things quickly. The apartments are large.
