To the person who wrote the previous rating: Are you sure you an I live in the same place'
For what we pay nothing gets worse... for less things even get better! I know there are things around here that can be really bad... only if you get cheap and want to pay 200 dollars.
Unless you have some kind of disability (which is the only people I understand why they live here, distance to class is very convinient for them), get yourself some excercise, walk a few blocks and decent apartment!
I wished I had someone telling me to do this 10 months ago, before I got myself in the worse nightmare!
And if you are an international student, get here a week before class and look around for places. You will save yourself lots of money.
