It doesn't take a bored person to write down a bad review from a place like La Aldea. It takes an honest person to do so and a very caring person to take time from a busy grad student schedule to help other people not make the same mistake one did.

Though it does take a bored and desperate staff to write a review of the place they manage.

Someone who lives here and sleeps here would really know that there are "outrageous" parties here at least once a month. Parties that exceed the limits of the apartments all the way to the roof! It takes someone who lives here to know that last Friday there was a party at the common use center that included lots of beer (which is suppossed to be prohibited) and gambling. It takes someone who lives here to know that some tenants have pets (again, prohibited).

So please, unless you actually spend your days and night in these place, avoid rating it. Working 8 hours at an office in La Aldea doesn't give you the right to review and rate it... you are not the ones who have to deal with the problems, you are the ones that whine about our complaints.
