A nightmare

In two words: STAY AWAY.
Besides all the problems we had at the beginning, these are the problems that we currently have:
- Walls are too thin, you can hear the keyboard on the other room
- AC is WAY too loud, took me week to get use to sleep with the sound of it
- Drainage clogs every week!
- Management is a pain in the ass, they will tell you one thing one week and another thing the next... lies, lies, lies
- It's not grad housing anymore!
- Open site, the doors are never locked, weird people wander around (have heard of stalkers and that management didn't care about this issue)
- Closets are as small as they get (comparable to a dorm)
- Kitchen floor is a pain to clean and gets dirty realy fast (and I'm a clean maniac, but I can't still take some stains of... isn't textured tiles supposed to be covered by some resin that helps keep it clean'') Cheap construction material
- There's no pool! This is Tucson! Land of 100F!
- EXPENSIVE compared to apartments around the area (which all have pools!)
