Of course you will feel unwelcomed as an undergrad. This is a very bad side effect of Ambling managment. I appolgize for the way some of my fellow grad students may have acted. We (the graduate students) were told it was grad housing only. Then they let in undergrads. We did/do feel like Aldea was/is our place. We moved to grad housing for a reason. Now they are letting all jrs and seniors in. Why' Simple, they are not making enough money. Why were they not making enough money' Simple, very poor managment and the construction was not ready. So people did not move in or moved out as soon as they could. We did not get what we paid for (see all previous posts). The price is/was too high for treatment we get/got. So to all and any undergrads that want to move here I say sure but understand that noise, parties, and trash will NOT be acceptable. And to all grad students I say do NOT move here unless you want to get screwd over big time. In other words, unit there is new managment that treats us better, I would like this place to go belly up.
