Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
THis place has management and customer service issues. THey are very selective in who they help and offer good deals too. The rent was expensive compared to local housing but reasonable for location and apt prices. Parking is a nightmare and company has to deal with it to visit you. Staff charges you penetly fees if your away at conferences and vacation when rent is due. No mercy for the graduate student who is on the go.Had to move from one apartment location because of constant noise from trash truck 4:30am and construction; the management wanted to charge me for the move. Bad idea.
