Great place to live near downtown and UofA

This is one of the closest places to downtown you can get. The apartment is semi-luxurious and has a beautiful layout. Many trees and plants line each of the apartments keeping them cool and refreshing.
Prices are a little steep, but compared to other apts in the area, you are getting a great deal.
Staffing was great and nice to work with.
The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Most of them have stayed quite a long time.
Only problem was the fountain in the front. Ants got to it and it died. They never fixed it before we left. It was one of the bonuses of having that particular apt, so it was missed.
It's been a while since I've been there so I don't know the condition its in.
