One of my favorites... We Love Downtown Tucson!

We've lived here for about 6 years now... a friend just discovered this website when looking up google maps... he showed us & we just had to post a good review about the place! Our two bedroom apartment is nice & big, well layed out... and priced well considering we're in the downtown historical & arts area (everything down here in downtown is more expensive than other areas of town). Work repairs are completed usualy the same day! We have never had to wait long for any repairs (which havent been many).
We were very excited when we learned that our old manager (the one that we originally rented from) has just returned! Pam was nice, but John just gets things done quicker for us & has a great personality! He liked to do things for the residents like BBQ's & parties, etc, fun things to do for us all the time. Speaking of which my husband said he saw a new sign over the mailboxs about an outdoor movie & manager BBQ for 4th of July!
Anyway, we love it here and would suggest living here to all of our friends and family. We like the downtown area, which seems to have just become 'the place to be', with the rio nuevo downtown improvements finally underway (no work yet but we see the 'coming soon' signs everywhere). We relly like being able to walk to anything in the downtown area and esp. being able to walk to the cool downtown events like the yearly folk music festival, 4th Ave, Rialto, Fox theatre, etc.
Our only wish for improvement is that you only get one (reserved) covered parking space ..which is great, but we have 2 nice cars. Otherwise where our apartment is located we never have problems finding an uncovered space to park in. Lot's of tree's & bird life equals many car washings however :-)
