La Entrada Apartments

Not bad, but not entirely good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   We rented a two bedroom loft and here is our story: The Good Grounds are beautiful Staff is nice and VERY helpful (John, the new manager) Maintence is usually very prompt (but doesn't always do the greatest job or complete) Apartments look nice and are relatively maintained No noise complaints except from loud cars outside The Bad Parking can be a bi*ch during the school season (lots of college kids) You don't get used to the train every 30 minutes. And I mean all day and all night! And the Ugly Ant problem that wouldn't go away! Was next to impossible for previous manager to get someone in to spray! Car was stolen (luckily recovered by the fine men (it was a male officer) in blue.) Lock looked like it had been attempled to be broken into when we returned from a weekend away.
