Not bad, but not entirely good

We rented a two bedroom loft and here is our story:
The Good
Grounds are beautiful
Staff is nice and VERY helpful (John, the new manager)
Maintence is usually very prompt (but doesn't always do the greatest job or complete)
Apartments look nice and are relatively maintained
No noise complaints except from loud cars outside
The Bad
Parking can be a bi*ch during the school season (lots of college kids)
You don't get used to the train every 30 minutes. And I mean all day and all night!
And the Ugly
Ant problem that wouldn't go away! Was next to impossible for previous manager to get someone in to spray!
Car was stolen (luckily recovered by the fine men (it was a male officer) in blue.)
Lock looked like it had been attempled to be broken into when we returned from a weekend away.

We are lucky to have the covered parking because this helps our cars stay a little less hot during the summer not to mention the car paint and during the winter my car is also protected. I think you are exagerating about the train. I had the ants problem but John deal with it. I agree with you about maintence.
