I've lived here for 7 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It is safe, quiet, and beautifully landscaped. It's close to all the downtown stuff you want to do, close to I-10 and only a few miles from UofA and Pima CC. My only complaint would be the parking policy. I have to tell friends to park on the street, then meet them at one of the pedestrian gates. Street parking is hard to come by, especially since everyone else who lives here - if they have a second car - also has to park on the street. My apartment feels drafty at times and my electric bills are very high, so caulking of window/door seals may be necessary. The manager, John, is very helpful and the maintenance staff are very friendly and reliable. The landscaping is attended to every week and always looks fresh. The pool and laundry facilties are also well maintained (and you have the option of using or renting your own laundry equipment for your apartment). Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex. I just wish they could solve the parking problem.
