I've lived here for almost two years and just moved out. The new units are very nice. John, the manager, is a very helpful and kind guy. It's walking distance to downtown. Cheap rent. My upstairs neighbor was heavy footed, so I was hearing his footsteps. But, I didn't hear anything from the older neighbors.
