Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
Parking situation is terrible- friends and family WILL be towed. When you do an initial walkthrough- make SURE to document any and everything or you'll get charged for it at the end, no matter how many years later you move out. This was a good place for us to live as college students; until the parking situation was introduced for the most part we had minimal complaints. Maintenance handles things quickly.
