OK if you don't have a car.

I lived there for 2 years and experienced the whole gamut.

There is lots of street noise, ambulances, fire trucks, and commute traffic.

Rent prices are great especially with summer specials.

Most tenents are average fairly quiet people.

There are the usual young adults around who think their music needs to be shared with everyone within a block radius.

Maintenence was very good responding to non-emergency repair requests within a day usually.

The grounds and building were kept up very well.

The major problem for me was all apartments there are non-smoking......so, the smokers sit or stand outside and smoke and converse at all hours.

This means when the weather is nice, and you have your windows open, the smoke and noise travels.

Some areas are much quieter than others so pick your building and neighbors carefully.

The pool, volleyball, and BBQ areas are noisy.

The office staff were VERY nice and professional.

All in all a good value with nice surroundings.

Watch the traffic out front if you're trying to walk or bicycle.
