This apartment complex is perfect for older college students. It is quiet at night, and the only noise during the day is kids playing in the pool or the maintenance people keeping the grounds neat. Yes, the AC units are old and clunky, but they are functional. The apartments are small, but it is very comfortable living. The office staff knows the tenants by name because they care. The only issue is that the insulation is bad, and if you live on the bottom floor, sometimes you can hear the person upstairs walking across the floor. Other than that, it is a perfect place for someone who wants a clean, attractive place to live.

The air conditioners are old. It may be quiet depending on where your apartment is, but by me it's loud. With the exceptions of one person, the office staff has always been rude and unhelpful.
