This place, first off, is old and dirty. The bathrooms leak, and it takes them about a week to fix any type of problem. I had ants coming down the ceiling in my closet and they said that they couldn't get anyone out for a week to exterminate. I had to take care of it myself. When I moved in, my dishwasher poured water all over the floor if you turned it on...of course that took a week to fix as well. There have been a lot of cars broken into, police helicopters are always flying over with spotlights, and just last week someone who lived at the complex was arrested. They wouldn't tell us why he was arrested, so who knows, there could have been a rapist in the complex. Nice. The price is extremely steep for the square footage...you can get much bigger apartments for just a little more every month in a better neighborhood. Don't waste your time here...

I don't know about a rapist but their is a guy who goes through the complex and jerks off outside your window. Don't know if he lives there but the the office staff didn't seem to care (said he'd been coming through for years)
