I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now, however I am moving. My car was never stolen, my license plate was. The apartments are small, the air conditions are old, loud and expensive. I have had to have maintenance come several times to fix the same problem, because they didn't do it right the first time. The office staff (with the exception of one) is rude and unhelpful. I was told when I moved in that I was locked in to my rent, but the last renewal notice I recieved was $50 higher (the apartments aren't worth that much). Residents are often loud and inconsiderate (my neighbor likes to scream at the landscapers for mowing too early, like they have a choice). the complex is surrounded by other complexes whose residents like to break through the fence (not for any good purpose I'm sure). I have seen cops on many occasions and it often (especially the pool) smells like pot. also there is a pervert who likes to come through, look in you windows and masturbate on your balcony. My sister used to live there too and she cought him outside her window. A neighbor informed me he had seen him on my balcony and told the office. When I talked to them about it I was told "oh, he comes through every summer" and a story about how he was caught in one girl's apartment while she was showering, but that was her fault because she didn't lock the door. the property was recently sold and is undergoing renovation. I haven't seen any significant improvements and it is very loud and annoying (I get intent to enter notices every 2 weeks).
