La Jolla seems to be an older complex, but fairly well kept, and so far...bug free. Our big problem here is the management/maintenance staff (with the big attitudes). They don't receive the phone messages we leave. When they've finally come in to "look at" something that needs to be fixed, we've been told that "it's good enough" and they fix NOTHING at all. If they do fix something, plan on doing this again in 3 months, because it most likely won't be done right. They also tend to show up when it is convenient for them, not for you. So even if you take a day off from work to wait for them, thay may not get around to you.
La Jolla is a nice place, if your a do-it-yourself-er.
