All the other negative reviews are true. The staff was terrible and made promises that they never fulfilled, maintenance was unpredictable, they cheat you out of deposits to cover their own costs and on and on. The worst happen when I moved out. They refused to do a walk through with me before I left, but I was not concerned since I had left the apartment spotless. I should have been worried. Once they did the walk through they kept refundable deposit because they said it was trashed and needed to be cleaned. Over the next several months, I contacted the management about the issue. Since I was no longer in town, the offered to send documentation and photos whenever we talked, but it would never come. I finally contacted the higher management company to address the issue and never heard back. Thank goodness the deposit was small, and I didn't lose much money, but I would warn others to be careful living here, or risk losing larger amounts of money! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

They do not bother checking references. My significant other who we own a HOUSE together walked out and moved 1200 miles away, behind everyone's back. I'm not the only one he left in a bad situation, he did it to his friends, family, job. just like that, they gave him a place with no background check! so if you're a piece of ---- and want to move somewhere go for it!
