Not bad..but expensive utilities..

I've been living here at La Jolla de Tucson almost 2 years.
Management and office staffs are excellent. Rent is reasonable.
But, other utilities are way too expensive (FYI, I live alone).
Flat rate electricity: $44
Water / sewer: $28 - $42
Fees or other charges: $6.28
Trash: $2
Heat or natural gas: $19 (flat)
Carport: $15
So, all utilities sum up as $100 - $130...
And the building is getting old (it was built in 1978)...thin wall..
I have no problem with living environment only except expensive utilities (if you are married and have kids..it will be fine).
