La Jolla and all Scotia Group properties will lie in order to steal your money. Our entire complex was with no a/c for 4 days. This was reported on channel 9 news. Do not move into a Scotia managed property, no matter how nice it seems. My original apartment was not ready; and one week into our lease, on the first rain our roof leaked. Did I mention I live on a first story apartment of a two story building'
