These apartments are very nice if you like living outside the city and near the desert. The trails behind Pima community college are excellent for sunset walks and even bike rides.
The manager is not a nice person, but the other staff are excellent. No problems with repairs or complaints. Things are well maintained and our apartment is in good repair.
I have only two complaints, really. First, DON'T get an apartment facing the street if you enjoy peace. Speedway is incredibly noisy 24 hours a day. The apartments in the rear are fine. Second, the landscaping crew, Catalina Landscape management are masters of noise pollution. They make things look nice but at a price of two days per week of peace and quiet. They pull out the leaf blowers and let them rip (accomplishing next to nothing) for hours on end.
So, other than the noise (I can't hear other apartments due to the traffic, but I think the walls are okay), it is really a nice place to live. Very convient to everything if you like the west side. Tucson Mountain park is close, and shopping (Albertson's on the corner of Silverbell/Speedway) is close too.
