Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Worst apartment experience ever! Apartment not cleaned and ready for move in. Missing drain plugs in all sinks. Broken toilet seat. Wood in cabinets breaking down (chemically, etc...) Police visiting on a regular basis, occasionally with sirens blairing. Domestic disturbances. Loud music/noisy neighbors. People that don't pick up after their pets. Several renters doing/selling drugs. Urban paradise! Oh yea, section 8 housing for low income or disabled (mentally unstable people). Need I say more'
