This Apt's are in serious health code violations. Serious case of mildew and mold coming from inside the walls. Air vents not clean black powder will come out of them and get all over your furniture, food and body system. Management' They never have parts or the time to fix anything. Manager on duty is incompetent it is like talking to a child with disabilities. If you have children look some where else.
