Oh my goodness ... this complex is the worst I have ever lived in. There is a bug and rodent problem that is never ending. If I could get out of my lease I would. There was a leak from the apartment upstairs that was not fixed for 5 months, and then it was only when I threatened legal action. I have been here 9 months and there have been 2 management companies and 5 managers. It is crazy!!!! The pool is usually green and there are kids running crazy all night. Cars are vandalized and property stolen. One of the neighbors went out to find their car on blocks and all 4 tires gone. Management just says 'Oh Well'
