They treat you great while you live there but will turn and stab you in the back when you leave. They have a corporate policy that there carpet should last 7 years, we all know that apartments get the cheapest carpet made and will not last 7 years. I then ask them so you end up charging every one for there carpet and they said yes. This is just a way for them to get more money our of their tenets when they move out and they still do not replace carpet when you leave they just clean it. So is it right they charge for something that they do not replace and expect 7 years out of. They think so, enjoy your stay but you will not get a kiss when you leave.
