Great, quiet place to live, if you don't mind a 30 minute ride to Tucson

I moved here from Boston 6 months ago and thought $755 for a two bedroom was a steal, still do (even though they want to raise my rent $40). Super quiet complex, although being on the second floor overlooking the hot tub/pool, the pool pump running 24/7 can be annoying. The cops have only been out here once for some drunk a-hole who wouldn't quiet down after 10pm down at the pool (which has 24 hr access, nice). Never had my car messed with, or heard of anyone else's either. There is a new management company that seems fine, with the same maintenance workers. I had a broken screen door when I moved in and it was repaired the next day. They just changed the ac filters, and had the parking lot resealed and painted. Always plenty of parking spots (could be because they are only at 80% occupancy). Neighbors are either respectful or nonexistent. Earlier reviews complain about the new landscaping: I didn't see the old stuff but the new is really nice and makes more sense than having grass everywhere. The only other caveat I would mention is the drive up Oracle Rd from Tucson at night: it is a total speed trap with at least 3 cars pulled over every night...cops probably looking for DUI's. I am moving into the city or I would have renewed. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
