I have been reading the reviews posted on here about La Reserve Villas and I will have to echo the sentiments about the staff here. I've never lived anywhere that had such personable, thoughtful, and attentive staff. The maintanance guy Danny always has a smile on his face and is always quick to fix any problems we have. Ashley and Laura were very knowledgable when we were trying to find an apt and were instrumental in our decision to choose La Reserve. We have been here since Mid-June and live over the pool and NEVER has it been a problem. The person complaining about pool noise needs stop complaining for complainings sake! You're ruining it for the rest!

I have not heard anything about the complex being in trouble financially/ deposit issues..but will definitely ask about it!
