Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
I ve lived here for four years, beginning in 2005. I had to leave Oct 31, 2009 for a job promotion in Las Vegas, NV. La Reserve Villas is one of the better apartments near Tucson. My 2nd floor apt was clean, reasonably quiet, 8.5ft ceilings (living room), quality construction, paneled doors, 10ft X 10ft balcony (covered, walled-in), enameled iron bath sinks and tubs. The buildings, grounds, and paths are laid out to follow the natural contour of the landscape adds to its visual appeal; not a typical straight-line, grid-pattern. This is a great location normally reserved for single-family homes. The complex is not visible from the main road; set back 500ft and surrounded by desert trees with the Catalina Mountains as backdrop. Try to choose a unit furthest from the two pools for year-round quiet. I m sorry to say, my new apartment in Henderson, NV is not as nice as La Reserve Villas.
