A nice place with a few problems

Lakeside Village is a nice place to live though it has a few problems. I have had my car vandalized twice. They do not have security but rather "courtesy patrol" and I have yet to actually see "courtesy patrol" more than twice, since I have lived here. In some sections of the complex the apartments actually slants (Whereas you can be in the bathroom and the floor actually is at an angle) neighbors that have lived there won't stay more than a day after they realize that there is a problem. Maintence is also a problem. I have had a broken gate for about a week or so and still no one has come to look at it. My lease is up at the end of the month and I am leaving. Rent prices are still going up and little is being done to remedy the current problems I have had here. Oh I almost forgot... mildew in the bathrooms was such a big concern that mngmt sent out a flyer stating that they were no longer responsible for this problem. Bathrooms are not well lit except for the potential skylight and if you are a bachelor it is tough to keep on top of. My neigbors don't like to keep to themselves either which is why I have no problem moving at the end of this month!!! It is a nice place as far as landscaping and the facelift on the building looks nice...
If you don't mind these problems than it is a great place to live.
