Nothing works, ants in food, mold in apartment

AC/Evap never worked, Ants envaded the apartment on several occasions and invaded the pantry. Management, said, oh well, we can send out someone to spray, but we cant replace the food you lost. Now the best part, Mold in the bathrooms that seeped through the tiles and made myself, my five year old son and my husband sick. And the kicker, they say that we owe them money for the month after our lease ran out!!! We gave our notice and they harassed us and say we owe them money for not staying through february and march wen our lease ran out at the end of feb. LAKESIDE VILLAGE SHOULD BE TORN DOWN, AND REBUILT.
HORRIBLE AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE.
