I sincerely have never lived better in an apartment community than this one. The grounds are beautiful, they are single level, no noisy upstair or down stairs neighbors and washer-dryers in all apts. Yes, it's true that you only get one covered parking space per apartment but there is alot of open spaces near every apt. I always got fast service from maintenance and the office staff were always friendly and pleasant. I just want to say keep up the great work Lakeside!! I will always be greatful on how easy you made it for me on my transition of buying a home.
