I found Schlomac Properties extremely inflexible to deal with.

The apartment was pretty clean when I moved in, but it had a continuous ant problem.

Upon moving out they stiffed me on my security deposit. I am out of state and cannot fight it although I have the pictures from moving out that show the apartment in pristine condition.
